About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Maintenance Person to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Assist in the maintenance of restaurant equipment, including oil fryers, HVAC units, and lighting systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or cleaning issues.
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors.
  • Change light bulbs and clean windows, floors, and stock rooms.
  • Participate in deep cleaning procedures to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
