Job SummaryWe are seeking a Nighttime Kitchen Prep Staff to join our team. As a Nighttime Kitchen Prep Staff, you will be responsible for preparing all ingredients, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and restocking inventory as needed.
You will also be responsible for ensuring products are tagged and date-labeled, covered, stored, and rotated properly. Additionally, you will be able to follow directions and perform other tasks as assigned by upper management.
Responsibilities- Prepare all ingredients according to recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Restock inventory as needed
- Ensure products are tagged and date-labeled, covered, stored, and rotated properly
- Follow directions and perform other tasks as assigned by upper management
- Background in kitchen is preferred
- Flexible schedule to fit the needs of the business
- Full time position; Friday-Tuesday, 3pm-11pm weekly
- Must be a team player and perform well under pressure
- Self-starter who can maintain an upbeat attitude
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Ability to perform repetitive standing, and motion of the wrists and hands for 8 hours per day
