**Overview**

**Responsibilities**

  • Schedule and coordinate service planning meetings with clients and their representatives.
  • Manage waiting lists and develop strategies to minimize delays in service access.
  • Monitor service sites for regulatory compliance, taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Lead incident investigations, developing plans to prevent recurrence and promoting a safe environment.
  • Supervise the implementation of service plans, providing guidance and coaching to staff, and tracking client progress.
  • Ensure fiscal stewardship, controlling expenses and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year
