Your Role:
We are seeking a talented Salesforce Solutions Architect to enhance our technological capabilities and empower our service initiatives. This pivotal position will involve:
  • Designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to our organizational needs.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders, including architects and administrators, to define and execute technical strategies.
  • Customizing standard Salesforce objects and creating new ones as necessary.
  • Ensuring data integrity and security while managing efficient data storage.
  • Developing complex code, including Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Integrating Salesforce with external systems through APIs and web services.
  • Building and enhancing Experience Cloud sites to improve user engagement.
  • Evaluating and implementing AppExchange solutions that align with our mission.
  • Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of direct Salesforce experience, particularly with NPSP and Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing mechanisms.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration changes and release management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
