Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, addressing concerns, ensuring client confidentiality, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for everyone.
- Promote the value of total body care by educating clients on new services, selling our Wellness Program, booking future appointments, and encouraging home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
- Drive member retention through proactive outreach via phone and email.
- Uphold Massage Envy's core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture by recognizing team goals and building strong relationships with colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in an administrative role.
- One year or more of experience handling client calls regarding services.
- Minimum of two years of sales experience.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Flexible availability to meet business needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
