  • Proven ability to take ownership of projects
  • Understanding of Pega and UiPath technologies
  • Experience in application management lifecycle
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power best practices
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in implementing Machine Learning & AI solutions in Banking/Finance
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
  • Experience with process management and automation tools
