  • Provide education and training to staff on psychosocial issues impacting healthcare delivery.
  • Collaborate with community partners to provide comprehensive care and address social determinants of health.
  • Provide case management and advocacy services to patients and their families.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Social Worker.
  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in pediatric care.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and community resources.
