Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Postpartum Specialist

HCA Florida Trinity Hospital is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Postpartum to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare family, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a high-acuity environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of postpartum patients
- Assist in newborn care and instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
- Maintain and review patients' records, including posting tests and examination results
- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and assume leadership responsibility for your nursing team during your designated shift
Requirements
- Licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN Preferred
- American Heart Association BLS and NRP required within 6 months of hire or transfer
- Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute care setting preferred
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
