**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN to join our team at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in our postpartum unit.
**Responsibilities**
* Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of postpartum patients
* Assist in newborn care
* Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
* Maintain and review patients' records, including posting tests and examination results
* Administer medications in accordance with physician orders
* Assume leadership responsibility for your nursing team during your designated shift
**Requirements**
* Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure
* Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN Preferred
* American Heart Association BLS
* NRP required within 6 months of hire or transfer
* Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute care setting preferred
* Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
