NetApp Business Systems Analyst Role

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively across all Finance business processes and departments to design, build, test, and implement applications solutions. The primary focus will be on our Oracle Cloud ERP system.

Responsibilities:
• Define and improve business processes for scalability and flexibility.
• Act as an ERP subject matter expert, optimizing its features for efficiency.
• Continuously work to understand ERP capabilities, functionality, features, and modules to help provide solutions to make users and the company more efficient and cost-effective.
• Lead ERP project teams, ensuring timely delivery to stakeholders.
• Design functional specifications for system changes and coordinate with IT teams.
• Oversee system performance, manage support requests, and liaise with vendors for issue resolution.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or Accounting, Economics, or Information Technology.
• 8+ years of ERP support or configuration experience.
• 3+ years of leadership in ERP projects, especially with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials.
• Proficiency in business concepts, financial processes (AP, AR, GL, etc.) and Integration design.
• Oracle ERP Cloud certification preferred.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is $140,850 - $198,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
