ERP Solution Designer

We're looking for a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team as an ERP Project Manager. The successful candidate will have excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills, as well as experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP systems.
Responsibilities:
• Lead ERP project teams, overseeing system implementation and ensuring timely delivery to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business process improvements, developing and maintaining detailed knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP functionality and capabilities.
• Design and implement effective solutions to meet business needs, leveraging expertise in business concepts, financial processes, and integration design.
• Provide expert-level guidance and support to end-users, ensuring seamless adoption of new systems and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging insights gained from system performance monitoring and vendor collaboration.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, accounting, economics, or information technology.
• 10+ years of experience in ERP support or configuration, with a strong emphasis on Oracle ERP Cloud Financials.
• Proven track record of success in leading ERP project teams, driving timely delivery, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
• Advanced proficiency in business concepts, financial processes, and integration design.
• Oracle ERP Cloud certification a significant plus.
