Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, as well as activity therapy and educational groups, to promote patient well-being and empowerment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address patient needs, ensuring timely and efficient discharge planning.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure clear understanding of treatment plans and progress.

Requirements
  • Master of Social Work degree required.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar position and/or industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
