Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our integrated treatment team. As a member of our team, you will be assigned to a facility or facilities in your local community, allowing you to build meaningful connections with the individuals you serve. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-person assessments, providing individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and offering essential behavioral management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-person assessments and provide individualized therapy services
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address the unique needs of each individual
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to individuals and their families
  • Participate in ongoing consultation and training to enhance clinical skills
