Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Land Surveyor and Mapping Specialist, you will manage the daily operations of both field and office personnel across various projects, ensuring smooth execution from proposal through to final delivery. This role is hands-on and project-focused, catering to both public and private clients. Your responsibilities will include proposal development, business growth initiatives, and mentoring staff. You will serve as the primary liaison between KEITH and our clients.
  • Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to KEITH's quality benchmarks and client requirements.
  • Engage in strategic planning and implement processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Formulate and oversee proposals, budgets, timelines, invoicing, and contracts.
  • Authorize and validate plats, field notes, and control drawings as necessary.
  • Establish work plans and staffing needs for multiple projects.
  • Participate in business development efforts and foster strong client relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with sub-consultants and other business partners.
  • Provide assistance to other operational divisions as required.
  • Represent the company’s interests at meetings and industry events as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience in a professional or managerial role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in project and phase management.
  • Strong familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, ORD Open Roads, and MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate assignments and deliverables to team members.
  • Capability to supervise, mentor, and inspire a team.
  • Professional License is preferred.
