About Our Opportunity

We are searching for a highly skilled Inside Sales Coordinator to join The Investors Edge team. This role offers a unique blend of sales, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for converting warm leads into qualified appointments through daily phone calls, follow-ups, and executing defined sales scripts. This position provides opportunities for growth and development, with a competitive salary of $67,000 per year.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. You will be the primary point of contact for warm leads, fostering relationships through regular communication and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  2. You will execute a defined sales script to ensure consistency and effectiveness in converting leads into appointments.
  3. You will maintain accurate records of all conversations using our CRM system, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
Your Requirements
  • You should have a stable work history with no more than two jobs in the past five years, demonstrating your ability to commit to a role.
  • You should not have been self-employed within the last six months, showing your focus on career development.
  • You should have at least two years of experience in a phone-heavy role, with a proven track record of meeting performance targets and KPIs.
