Account Acquisition Specialist

We are searching for a highly skilled Inside Sales Coordinator to join The Investors Edge team. This role offers a unique blend of sales, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for converting warm leads into qualified appointments through daily phone calls, follow-ups, and executing defined sales scripts. This position provides opportunities for growth and development, with a competitive salary of $67,000 per year.
Your Key Responsibilities- You will be the primary point of contact for warm leads, fostering relationships through regular communication and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- You will execute a defined sales script to ensure consistency and effectiveness in converting leads into appointments.
- You will maintain accurate records of all conversations using our CRM system, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- You should have a stable work history with no more than two jobs in the past five years, demonstrating your ability to commit to a role.
- You should not have been self-employed within the last six months, showing your focus on career development.
- You should have at least two years of experience in a phone-heavy role, with a proven track record of meeting performance targets and KPIs.
