Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Housekeeping Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and internal appearance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service
  • Work Effectively with the Team
  • Clean and Maintain All Floors, Windows, Walls, Stairs, and Elevators
  • Vacuum All Floors
  • Clean, Disinfect, and Restock All Restrooms
  • Ensure Apartments are Clean Prior to New Resident Move-ins
  • Empty Trash in Common Areas and Communicate with Maintenance Team
  • Coordinate with Maintenance and Office Staff

Requirements

  • Safety Knowledge
  • Operational Knowledge of Cleaning Equipment
  • Chemical Handling and Personal Protective Equipment

Work Environment

  • Ability to Work Inside and Outside
  • Physical Demands: Walking, Climbing Stairs, Standing, Bending, Squatting, and Lifting up to 50lbs

Compensation

  • $16-18/Hour
