  • MA or MS in Audiology, Completed CFY in Audiology, CCC-A through ASHA, NYS License/Registered Audiologist or eligible.
  • Four years of experience in audiology, with at least one year in a supervisory/administrative capacity.
  • CPR-BLS certification required by time of appointment.

  • Supervisory experience of other audiologists.
