Job Summary:

The Audiologist Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and supervising a team of audiologists. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve clinical and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of audiologists to ensure they are meeting clinical and operational standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective clinic operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Monitor and analyze clinical and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Audiology or related field.
  • Completed Clinical Fellowship in Audiology (CFY) or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Audiologist (CCC-A) through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • New York State License/Registered Audiologist or eligible.
  • At least four years of experience in audiology, with at least one year in a supervisory or administrative capacity.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Supervisory experience of other audiologists.
Work Environment:

This position is located in a clinical setting and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
