  • Initiate and drive business process improvement efforts to optimize and elevate the client onboarding experience.
  • Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets exceeding $5 million.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology, to achieve project goals.
  • Implement and oversee change management strategies to promote project acceptance and reduce resistance.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Rally, Jira, or similar platforms to monitor project progress and manage tasks effectively.
  • Report project status, risks, and challenges to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality benchmarks and comply with regulatory standards.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, ideally within the financial sector.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $5 million.
  • Strong expertise in business process enhancement and re-engineering.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Change management certifications are advantageous.
  • Proficient in project management and team/task management tools such as Rally, Jira, or similar.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related discipline; an MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in the financial sector is beneficial.
