You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate shipping and receiving records, creating shipping labels and documentation, and communicating with the shipping team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and check order materials for shipping
  • Receive and inspect goods and materials, reporting any discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records and order forms
  • Create shipping labels and documentation for outbound products, including international shipments
  • Set up and confirm outbounds in customer portals
  • Set up inbound loads
  • Communicate daily LTL priorities to the shipping team
  • Data entry into inventory and warehouse management systems
  • Perform daily cycle count activities, inventory audits, and prepare inventory reports
  • Verify clerical inventory records against physical inventory counts
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow prescribed safety regulations
Requirements
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer operating skills (Windows 10 or later)
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Able to operate a forklift, pallet jack, and label printer
  • Business software data entry skills
  • Lift up to 50 pounds and work on feet most of the day
