Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Field Assistant to join our team at Lennar Homes. As a key member of our construction team, you will assist the Construction Manager in ensuring the successful completion of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Construction Manager in supervising trade partners and ensuring quality workmanship.
  • Perform on-site inspections to verify compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of job changes, including option orders and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with Customer Care Representatives to ensure timely home completions and deliveries.
  • Assist in the evaluation of trade partner performance and provide feedback to the Construction Manager.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of homebuilding or related experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, but will accept equivalent work experience.
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license required.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
