  • Act as a liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; minimum of two-year culinary degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a high-volume, five-star quality operation.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and write legibly and maintain accurate records.
