Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at Enstall. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in test planning, designing, and estimation to ensure the quality of our software products.
  • Analyze requirements and prepare for test execution to identify potential issues.
  • Perform testing, including manual functional and regression tests, to ensure the software meets our quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve complex technical issues and ensure timely delivery of software products.
  • Report and track defects, and identify, record, document, and track bugs until closure.
  • Perform regular Quality Assurance (QA) activities, including direct support to developers, verifying release candidates through multiple phases of testing, and communicating all findings to stakeholders in real-time.
  • Assist with upkeep of software-related items, such as clawOS assets, internal Excel/AutoCAD templates, Helper tools, Block libraries, etc.
  • Assist with upkeep of customer service-related documentation, training material, FAQs, etc.
  • Maintain historical records by documenting hardware and software changes and revisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field (preferably technical design or software development).
  • 3+ years of experience in formal system and functional software testing within an SDLC/software development environment.
  • Skilled in documentation review and evaluating process & work products against quality criteria or requirements.
  • Skilled in analyzing and reviewing requirements to understand system/software functionality.
  • Knowledge and understanding of formal software testing types and concepts.
  • Knowledge of commercial building codes and standards.
  • 1+ years of experience with AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong project and people management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Motivated self-starter and fast learner.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills; ability to multi-task within a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong technical presentation skills.

We offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, education, and location. We anticipate the base salary for this position to be between $70,000-$80,000, if located in Massachusetts market. In addition to base salary, Enstall employees are eligible for either an annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
