Your Purpose

As a vital member of the Brightline Talent Acquisition team, your main responsibility will be to enhance recruitment efforts by identifying, pre-screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates to support the hiring of hospitality professionals. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.

Your extensive background in hospitality will be instrumental in significantly contributing to Brightline's mission of creating a brighter travel experience. Your Role
  • Candidate Sourcing: Leverage diverse channels, including applicant tracking systems, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates; plan, manage, and participate in job fairs to represent the brand effectively.
  • Screening: Perform initial evaluations of candidates, determining their suitability based on skills, experience, and alignment with the hospitality sector from entry-level to executive positions.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates involved.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidates for their skills, experience, and potential fit within the organization and the hospitality industry.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to comprehend specific job requirements and desired qualifications.
  • Documentation: Maintain precise and current candidate records within the recruitment database.
Your Qualifications
  • Must reside in Florida to be considered.
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional travel across our operational areas as required.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience for both hourly and salaried positions within the high-volume, fast-paced travel, leisure, hospitality, food & beverage, or related sectors.
  • Experience in recruiting for both hourly and salaried roles from entry-level to Director level.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems such as UltiPro or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with talent assessment tools.
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency.
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential.
  • Comprehensive understanding and management of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in team-based projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including scheduling interviews via MS Outlook and utilizing MS Teams.
