Your Purpose
As a vital member of the Brightline Talent Acquisition team, your main responsibility will be to enhance recruitment efforts by identifying, pre-screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates to support the hiring of hospitality professionals. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
Your extensive background in hospitality will be instrumental in significantly contributing to Brightline's mission of creating a brighter travel experience. If you are driven to achieve results, build strong relationships, and are passionate about positively impacting your team, this role is designed for you.
Your Role
- Candidate Sourcing: Leverage diverse channels, including applicant tracking systems, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates; plan, manage, and participate in job fairs to represent the brand effectively.
- Screening: Perform initial evaluations of candidates, determining their suitability based on skills, experience, and alignment with the hospitality sector from entry-level to executive positions.
- Interview Coordination: Organize and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates involved.
- Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidates for their skills, experience, and potential fit within the organization and the hospitality industry.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to comprehend specific job requirements and desired qualifications.
- Documentation: Maintain precise and current candidate records within the recruitment database.
- Must reside in Florida to be considered.
- Ability to work remotely with occasional travel across our operational areas as required.
- Minimum of 3+ years of demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience for both hourly and salaried positions within the high-volume, fast-paced travel, leisure, hospitality, food & beverage, or related sectors.
- Experience in recruiting for both hourly and salaried roles from entry-level to Director level.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems such as UltiPro or equivalent.
- Familiarity with talent assessment tools.
- Possess a strong sense of urgency.
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential.
- Comprehensive understanding and management of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in team-based projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including scheduling interviews via MS Outlook and utilizing MS Teams.
