  • Promote the professional development and growth of the Impact and Learning team.
  • Collaborate with external research partners to answer critical questions about LifeMoves's impact.
What You'll Bring
  • At least 6 years of progressive data leadership experience in the housing, homelessness, and/or social services fields, including at least 3 years managing a team or leading project teams.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of homeless services and housing programs and their associated data, including best practices and current trends in the field.

  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage, coach, and inspire a diverse team of professionals at various career phases.
  • Familiarity with government funding sources and grant management.
  • Commitment to the mission and values of LifeMoves and a passion for serving unhoused individuals and families in the Bay Area.
