Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 7-Eleven, Inc. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and operating the cash register.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive sales through effective communication with customers, including upselling and promoting products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash.
  • Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handling customer transactions and managing cash and credit transactions.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management, including forecasting and ordering merchandise, checking in merchandise deliveries, and maintaining inventory levels.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
