We are seeking an Epic Systems Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, support, and optimization of EPIC software applications, specifically within the Cadence and ADT modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation and Customization
    • Lead the implementation and customization of EPIC Cadence and ADT applications to meet organizational needs and industry best practices.
  • Workflow Configuration
    • Configure workflows to align with organizational needs and industry best practices.
  • Upgrade and Modification Planning
    • Plan and execute upgrades and modifications to EPIC applications to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Client Support
    • Provide exceptional client support during go-live and post-implementation phases to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EPIC applications in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
  • Certification
    • Certification in EPIC Cadence and/or ADT modules is highly preferred.
  • Experience
    • Proven experience in implementing and supporting EPIC applications.
  • Skills
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
