AAC Optics US is a leading manufacturer of camera lenses and modules, ranked among the top 3 globally in terms of camera lens shipment and top 10 in terms of camera module shipment.

As the Technical Project Manager for AAC Optics, you will be responsible for the development of camera lenses with our customer in the US. Your role will involve driving technical, operational, and quality discussions related to optical lens molding, assembly, test, yield, processes, and failure analysis to ensure effective closure of all issues and enable operational success of the entire product introduction cycle and through mass production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical project management and communication with customers
  • Work with the development team in China and the customer in the US to deliver high-quality products
  • Drive problem-solving, issue root causing, and risk identification and mitigation
  • Travel approximately 10-15% internationally

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Optical, Physics, EE, Mechanical, or related field
  • Excellent technical, management, and communication skills
  • Experience in leading multi-functional team activities
  • Self-starter with qualities such as innovation, integrity, and attention to detail
  • High energy, multi-tasker, inventive problem solver, ability to work under pressure and take initiative
