Job Summary

Apple is seeking a highly skilled Hardware Engineering Program Manager to drive the design, development, and integration of optical sensing modules for our entire product line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute build plans for multiple module integrators and component suppliers.
  • Lead the development team and advocate for the best module performance throughout the organization.
  • Drive optical sensing modules on schedule, engage in proactive risk management, and communicate status and issues to the development team and Apple executives.
  • Focus the efforts of the hardware, software, mechanical engineering, and operations teams to design, manufacture, and integrate camera and laser modules.
Requirements
  • BS + 3 years of relevant experience in designing optical sensing hardware or project management in a related field.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience leading complex, multi-functional projects, knowledge of optical module design and subcomponents, and in-depth technical engineering knowledge.
