Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Property Maintenance:
    Oversee, schedule, and execute maintenance tasks across the property.
    Conduct regular preventative maintenance checks.
    Be available for after-hours and weekend emergency maintenance needs.
  2. Operations Management:
    Utilize property management software to track and manage service requests.
    Develop and manage maintenance budgets while keeping an accurate inventory of supplies.
    Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  3. Team Leadership & Customer Engagement:
    Inspire and guide a diverse maintenance team.
    Provide constructive feedback and foster a positive work environment.
    Deliver exceptional service to all residents.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in apartment or building maintenance.
  • Strong expertise in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
  • HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret budgets and financial documents.
  • Proven supervisory experience.
  • Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service abilities, especially in challenging situations.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation:
The estimated pay rate for this position is $34.02 per hour. This role is non-exempt, and the pay range is determined by skills, experience, and job complexity. In addition to base salary, we offer full-time associates a comprehensive benefits package, including:
