Responsibilities:
Establish relationships with clients to nurture enduring connections that encourage repeat business.

Accurately review, validate, and process client transactions, including check cashing, money transfers, and payments.

Proactively enhance client success by providing tailored financial services that align with their needs.

Enter and maintain client information with accuracy and integrity in a Point-of-Sale (POS) system.

Generate new business by executing inbound and outbound call campaigns daily.

Support client account management and collections by processing payments and overseeing client appointments.

Ensure the internal and external appearance of the store meets cleanliness standards to improve the client experience.

Safeguard office security and adhere to proper opening and closing procedures, including managing the vault and cash drawer.

Comply with Company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Participate in ongoing training and stay informed about our evolving products and processes.


Work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with ease to meet both individual and team performance standards.

Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends. A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Professional demeanor with clients and colleagues

Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data

Proficiency in using phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems

Must be at least 18 years of age

Background check required (subject to applicable law)


Ability to meet the physical demands for this position, which frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time, the ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds, the ability to move about inside and outside of the store, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Experience in check cashing, document verification, and/or money order processing

Prior cash handling, cash drawer/vault management experience

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations
