Job Summary

We are seeking a Dining Program Manager to manage the foodservice program to meet food quality standards and safety guidelines. The successful candidate will maintain records of income and expenditures, food, supplies, personnel, and equipment in report format. They will also be responsible for training, quality control, and in-servicing staff to meet HCSG standards.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, ability to follow instructions, and perform routine tasks daily. They will also have leadership skills, an associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality, and specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition. Previous experience in quantity food production/service, dining/nutrition, and personnel supervision is desired.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the foodservice program to meet food quality standards and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain records of income and expenditures, food, supplies, personnel, and equipment in report format.
  • Train, quality control, and in-servicing staff to meet HCSG standards.
  • Utilize leadership skills to accomplish all responsibilities without supervision.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for employees and residents.
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and ability to follow instructions.

  • Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality.
  • Specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition.
  • Previous experience in quantity food production/service, dining/nutrition, and personnel supervision.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $35.00 - $36.00/hourly, based on location, years of experience, staffing needs, and other business factors.
