Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Retail Operations Supervisor to lead our team and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Location: Flexible availability required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the store, supervising a team of employees, including Assistant Managers and Customer Service Representatives.
  • Recruitment and Training: Attract, onboard, and develop enthusiastic team members to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Store Management: Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and stocked according to company standards.
  • Scheduling: Create employee schedules that align with business needs while maximizing customer service.
  • Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with suppliers and the local community, addressing customer concerns promptly.

Training and Development:

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Implement training programs that align with company standards for customer service and safety.
  • Mentor employees on cash handling and safety protocols.

Communication:

  • Facilitate effective communication among team members and management.
  • Organize regular meetings to discuss store performance and employee feedback.

Planning and Organization:

  • Develop actionable plans to meet store objectives and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure all merchandise is displayed attractively and priced correctly.

Financial Management:

  • Analyze sales and expenses to drive profitability.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts while safeguarding company assets.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in computer usage for reporting and inventory management.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily indoor work with occasional outdoor tasks.
  • Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
