QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and train staff effectively.
- Proficient in computer usage for reporting and inventory management.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to perform essential job functions and meet physical demands.
- Food safety certifications may be required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, with exposure to varying temperatures and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work primarily indoors with occasional outdoor tasks. Flexibility in scheduling is required, including weekends and holidays.
