Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our electrical crews on various construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Lead electrical crews on construction projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality workmanship.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project success.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, time sheets, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement training programs for electrical technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical construction, with a strong background in leadership and project management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred.
  • OSHA 30 certification and NFPA 70E certification required.
  • Ability to lift 100 pounds and work at heights up to 60 feet.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in material ordering, inventory control, and project scheduling software.
