Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team at M.C. Dean, Inc. As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team of electricians and ensuring the successful completion of electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of electricians and ensure the successful completion of electrical projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, superintendents, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Manage budgets and schedules to ensure project completion on time and within budget
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality work
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Foreman or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and schedules
  • Experience with electrical construction and project management
  • OSHA 30 certification and other relevant certifications
