Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Home Health Manager at LHC Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of clinical services, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate clinical services to ensure that patients receive high-quality care.
Provide and direct provisions of nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies.
Receive referrals, ensure appropriate clinician assignments, evaluate patient orders, and plot start of care visits.
Coordinate determination of patient home health benefits, medical necessity, and ongoing insurance approvals.

Requirements:

Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
Current CPR certification required.
Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
