Position OverviewWe are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about joining teams that are pioneering innovative clean energy solutions that are both affordable and accessible.
Role Details:- Type: Trainee to Regular Full-time Position
- Compensation: Starting Wage: $24.00 per hour
- Benefits: Eligible for medical benefits, paid time off, and 401(k)
- Work Model: Hybrid role, combining office and remote work
Note: Additional compensation is available for bilingual advisors who assist Spanish-speaking customers.
What to Expect as a Customer Service AdvisorOur customers depend on us to maintain their power supply, and we rely on our advisors to respond effectively during challenging situations. Advisors are expected to be dependable, respectful, empathetic, and resourceful.
The role is demanding yet fulfilling, with no scripts to follow, no aggressive sales tactics, and no outbound call quotas. Our advisors prioritize customer satisfaction and collaborate within dynamic, motivated teams.
Training and Work Schedule:In-person training will last up to eight weeks, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Following training, advisors will work full-time schedules that vary between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday, with schedules released two weeks in advance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple tasks.
- Utilize various applications and databases to assist customers effectively.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Engage in continuous learning about renewable energy resources and efficiency.
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in data entry with a focus on accuracy.
While not mandatory, fluency in Spanish is advantageous.
