As a Campaign Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee multiple campaigns, ensuring they resonate with our target demographics and support our overarching business goals.


This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote and in-office schedules.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing positioning strategies that align with key pursuits and regional initiatives. This includes establishing strategic direction, planning, and executing campaigns that yield results.


Collaborate with various internal teams, such as account managers, business development teams, and regional leaders, to design and implement campaigns that align with business objectives and drive success.

Manage multiple marketing campaigns concurrently.

Create and refine content tailored for each unique platform.


Conduct interviews with subject matter experts, client account managers, and technical staff to strategize and produce thought leadership articles and blogs.


Work alongside the Marketing Communications team to generate and disseminate engaging content across diverse digital, social media, and traditional media channels. Ensure all content aligns with campaign objectives and adheres to brand guidelines.

Edit and write content as necessary.

Adapt global marketing strategies to cater to the unique needs and characteristics of local markets within the Americas Region. Leverage market insights to customize campaigns, ensuring they effectively address local audience preferences and competitive landscapes.


Collaborate with Media Relations colleagues to identify and seize media outreach opportunities, enhancing campaign visibility through targeted public relations efforts.

Utilize data and analytics to assess campaign performance, pinpoint opportunities for enhancement, and refine strategies. Provide regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:


Proven experience in leading and optimizing marketing campaigns aligned with pursuit positioning in collaboration with stakeholders both within and outside the organization.

Ability to think strategically and articulate strategies in a clear and compelling manner.

Experience in creating value propositions for pursuit campaigns and/or introducing new service offerings to the market.

Confidence in engaging with business leaders, with the capability to provide constructive challenges.

Experience managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

A strong communicator with enthusiasm and energy.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including writing, editing, and proofreading.

Influencing and Stakeholder Management Skills:

Ability to interact at a senior level, offering credible advice and guidance while building strong networks and relationships across all organizational levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe software, including InDesign, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

A client-centric mindset, embodying the company’s brand and values.

Digital Proficiency:
Experience in delivering content through multimedia and digital platforms.
