Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at International UTC of Columbus. As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for fostering and leading practical problem-solving activities, monitoring campaign processes, and managing compliance with internal and external safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster and lead practical problem-solving activities
  • Monitor campaign process & progress
  • Manage compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality, and regulatory standards requirements
  • Perform analysis of reports and production data to identify trends and recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures when necessary
  • Proficient in the development and maintenance of APQP documents

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of Engineering and Quality Assurance experience
  • OR
  • Master's degree
  • OR
  • At least 4 years of Engineering and Quality Assurance experience

Additional Requirements:

  • Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States
  • International Motors does not anticipate providing employment-related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
