**Responsibilities**

• Receive payment from customers or associates for goods or services by performing transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Be thoroughly familiar with retail items and assist customers in finding products that meet their needs.

• Verify the minimum legal age of patrons attempting to buy alcoholic beverages or tobacco products.

• Operate cash registers and direct deposit credit card machines with accuracy.

• Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support fellow staff members in achieving company goals.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

• Grasping, writing, standing, walking, repetitive motions, listening, and hearing abilities.

Custer State Park Resorts offers a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
