Job Description

We are seeking a Professional House Cleaner (PHC) to join our team. As a PHC, you will work alongside a partner, carpooling to and from assigned jobs. Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining homes by sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
  • Taking out the trash, cleaning doors, door frames, baseboards, cabinetry, windows, blinds
  • Disinfecting and wet wiping down surfaces
  • Cleaning ceiling vents, ceiling fans, and bathrooms
  • Scrubbing sinks, toilets in bathrooms, and reporting repairs and replacements

You will participate in all relevant training, report faults directly to the supervisor, and ensure safety precautions are taken when using equipment.

Requirements

To be a perfect match for Two Maids, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Be willing/able to work flexible shifts between 7AM-5PM
  • Be trustworthy and reliable
  • Be receptive to feedback and able to learn from mistakes
  • Be able to handle physically demanding work
  • Be fluent in English
  • Have a valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle
  • Have a good/strong work ethic
  • Love to clean and have an eye for detail
  • Work well with others and enjoy making a difference in people's lives
Compensation and Benefits

We offer:

  • W2 Commission-Based Pay
  • Average Hourly Rate: $17-$23
