Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Musical Instrument Repair Specialist to join our team at Guitar Center. As a key member of our store's operations, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing customer-owned instruments to the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of precision and care
  • Maintain store-owned gear as requested
  • Complete warranty repair work efficiently and effectively
  • Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of repairing guitars and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. Preference will be given to candidates with foundational product knowledge of Guitar Center products and prior experience in a similar position.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
