Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise MEP trades on construction projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain MEP schedules, ensuring they are on track and aligned with project goals.
  • Ensure all MEP installations meet the required codes and standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project success, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures for MEP systems, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction management preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, with a strong understanding of their interdependencies.
  • Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals, building strong relationships and a culture of teamwork.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
