  • Supervise banquet staff throughout events to ensure compliance with client specifications.
  • Conduct monthly safety drills and monitor cleanliness standards during events.
  • Manage bar operations, including stock checks and cash register oversight.
  • Handle payroll and gratuity distribution for banquet staff.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A two-year associate degree or a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of two years in food and beverage service roles, with knowledge of service procedures.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain mobility during events.
