Key Responsibilities:

- Thoroughly review and understand all event orders to facilitate effective coordination of scheduled activities.
- Collaborate with banquet staff to ensure clear communication regarding event details and requirements.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and supervision of banquet personnel, ensuring adherence to service standards.
- Assist in the management of dining and concession areas, ensuring a high-quality guest experience.
- Develop and maintain weekly staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all events.
- Procure necessary equipment and supplies in accordance with client specifications.
- Maintain an ongoing inventory of all equipment and utensils needed for events.
- Conduct regular inspections of event spaces to identify maintenance needs and ensure readiness.
- Organize training sessions and enforce company policies among staff, including conducting monthly departmental meetings.
- Engage with local and regional events to enhance community relations.
- Prepare accurate billing for clients post-event and ensure timely payment collection.
- Work closely with culinary staff to guarantee the timely and accurate preparation of food items.

- Conduct monthly safety drills and monitor cleanliness standards during events.
- Manage bar operations, including stock checks and cash register oversight.
- Handle payroll and gratuity distribution for banquet staff.
Qualifications:
- Education: A two-year associate degree or a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of two years in food and beverage service roles, with knowledge of service procedures.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain mobility during events.
