Key Responsibilities
- Accurately verify and distribute automotive parts in a timely manner, adhering to center procedures to facilitate efficient repairs.
- Ensure parts correctness through mirror matching.
- Allocate parts to designated carts/containers and deliver them to respective workstations.
- Post and scan parts into the system.
- Manage returns and reorder any incorrect or damaged parts.
- Monitor the status of incomplete orders (including outstanding orders, backorders, and credits) and follow up as needed.
- Complete urgent parts deliveries as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Valid Driver's License is mandatory.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing, over the phone, and in person.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- General knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Successful completion of a background check is required.

Physical & Environmental Requirements
In this role, employees are regularly required to use their hands and communicate effectively. The position involves frequent standing, sitting, and walking, sometimes for extended periods. Employees may occasionally need to reach with their arms and lift objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Assessing the accuracy and thoroughness of work is essential.
