Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at Drury Hotels Company, LLC. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bar Operations: Open and close the hotel bar, maintaining a clean and well-organized environment while serving and assisting guests.
  • Customer Service: Present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality at all times, promoting the Drury culture with customers and co-workers.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess general knowledge of the hotel, area, and events to answer questions, and have the ability to mix a wide variety of drinks, operate machines and equipment, and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Work independently or in teams, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and be flexible with varying shifts and time schedules as needed.

Requirements

  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent, and any required certifications per Company requirements.
  • Language Skills: Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly.
