Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards for sanitation and safety.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- 6 months or more experience in a high-volume bartending environment.
- Ability to accurately handle register and revenue collections through POS system.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.
- Valid ServSafe Alcohol certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- A competitive hourly wage of $14.75, with opportunities for tips and bonuses.
