Position Overview:
The Project Manager (PM) is an experienced professional responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. The PM ensures that all team members meet project budget, schedule, and profitability objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading purchasing efforts and managing trade contracts
- Conducting project meetings and preparing comprehensive reports
- Serving as the primary contact for all business and contractual matters
- Collaborating closely with the Project Superintendent and reporting to the Vice President
- Balancing time between office duties and field visits to project sites
The PM is dedicated to providing exceptional service to all stakeholders, including colleagues, owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory officials.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The preferred candidate will possess:
- A four-year degree in engineering or a construction-related field
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience

- Expertise in interpreting construction documents, including plans and specifications
