  • Manage Compliance Software and Training to ensure staff are equipped to meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records and data analysis.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field such as Healthcare Administration, Health Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in ambulatory care operations, preferably in a Federally Qualified Health Center.
